Greetings, All! For those who communicate by regular mail, I inform you that services have increased in price since May 15 regular (paper) mail. The cost of sending a regular letter costs 3 rubles 25 cop. (previously it was 1 ruble 75 kopecks). For information about registered letters, please contact your communications offices.
