Found the conversion mode gif to bmp, giving exactly this fixed length. But it doesn't matter the result on the Spectrum is unsatisfactory, the picture as a whole visible, but the colors are crooked in many places. There are 2 familiar programs: 1) ZX-Converter aka zxc.exe 2) Bmp2Scr_v_1.75 They know how.
