ZX=>SVGA

Hi! I know that until now the echo tag has not been connected to SVGA, only to EGA and VGA. I want ask local iron workers if this is possible in full at least theoretically and in what way. And that’s yucky and yucky junk on the ruins is found less and less often, not to mention Soviet RGB Monica.
