Well, I wouldn't say it's easy. According to rumors, some old recorders
(meteorological?) work on such paper.

No, it's not matrix. Judging by the description, there are two metal styli (points),
one is pressed against the paper, the other serves as the second contact. Between them is created
spark (~50V), burning out the aluminum coating of the paper.

I can offer such a perversion -
Buy self-adhesive A4 (sometimes found in stationery is self-adhesive
the sheet is not scratched into cells), then we paint one side in war color
