I see here some people just have a whole collection :)
Then I'm interested in the options - which ones can divide the input frequency and which ones can't
. If the clone can divide the input frequency, then vote for YM2149.
Actually, I only came across Yamaha YM2149 for sale (in ancient times) and obviously
soldered from somewhere. I got a MICROCHIP AY-3-8910 in the bag and in the assembled
Pentagon GI AY-3-8910, but I haven’t seen them for sale.

I have a Yamaha, AU, the one with 28 legs...
And from Zonov they got different magpie-legged AUs on their proprietary adapters
2 dozen manufacturers...
BUT what I like most is the sound of the one with 28 legs.
And I bought it from comrade Zonov: v2_finge; V; distant
times when our market was still in the form of a flea market at the Young Technician... :v2_wink2:
