Vintage SINCLAIR ZX Spectrum + 3 128K and modem.

Hello, All Dear, this is probably a stupid question to ask, but I read somewhere that you can get hooked to +3 an ordinary PC modem. +3 has RS 232, I have the pinout, I have an old 14400 modem from Robotics. My own question: has anyone encountered something similar? I read the article yesterday, now I can’t find a link to it .. I read something similar in some ZX-Review, but I don’t remember which modems were connected and what problems there were. If anyone knows anything, please write.
