Identification of the monitor by the video adapter. Signal from the monitor
connected to the common wire or not connected anywhere (depending on the type
monitor). Currently not used in any way. Monochrome monitors
determined by the video adapter by the absence of load (75 ohms) on the blue contact
and red colors (in this case, green is used as a brightness signal).
Modern monitors use the DDC serial bus for identification, then
there is I2C (pin 9 - power supply for the monitor memory chip, 12 - SDA, 15 -
SCL, 5 contact - x.z., like a common wire).
VGA monitor horizontal frequency 15.6KHz (from Spectrum) most likely not
will pull, or turn off (if it’s more or less modern), or there will be a breakdown
synchronization
