Hello Titus
Multicolor for the proprietary ULA has long been split and is supported in emulators
100% sure. Those. go to the description of multicolor for branded Spectrums 48, 128,
128+, 128+2, 128+2A/2B (2A=2B, just 2B - Spanishized ROM, as I understand it),
128+3, Timex 2048/2068 (aka Spectrum SE). Everything is planned to the beat. Supported
emulators Real Spectrum, Spectaculator, Spin, EmuZWin, Klive, SpecEmu (and in
to some extent, perhaps several more). By the way, Real Spectrum even has
choosing the ULA type, they injected it very carefully when they found a difference.

Based on all of the above, I have 3 questions:
1. How many fundamentally different types of ULA existed and in which branded
speck which one of them was?
2. More specific links to the docks on Yule? :v2_rolley
3. How much can you buy a branded Spec 48 for now (on eBay or somewhere else)? A

fifty dollars to Mother Rossi

2Titus: ebay is an auction, no one will tell you specific prices. On my own
From experience (observations on ebay.de) I can say that ordinary Sp 48 go somewhere behind
10-20 euros, Sp 128 - a rarity, both English and Spanish, respectively
they go for somewhere around 60-100 euros. Sp 2/3 is not exactly a rare thing, they go around the area
30-70 euros. You should ask the seller specifically about the shipping amount. Price
depends on how the package will be sent (with insurance, without, by land, by
air, etc.). Shaos' example (for $2) is an exception to the rule. Although on
In English ebay the ZX Spectrum+ is not particularly “listed”. By the way, now there

Hello Titus
Tit> how many types of ULA existed, and what models did they come in?
Programmatically indistinguishable:
ULA in ZX Spectrum issue 1 and 2
ULA in ZX Spectrum issue 3-6
ULA in ZX Spectrum 128 and +2
ULA in ZX Spectrum +3 and +2A/B
There are four types in total.
Timexes are a separate issue.
I’ll add that the idea of buying these models for testing, in my opinion, is
Quite clueless. Exactly the same as finding the “internal ULA circuit”. For accurate
emulation of specified types (ULA) has almost all the information. On the forum,
By the way, it was published. But other hardware , for some reason
often missed. This is an emulation of , of the contents of fast memory
when forcing the IR register and other features. The question is whether it is necessary
repeat all this? If yes, then for what? After all, accuracy is important when emulating
operation of existing software, and not the to distinguish an emulator from
real.
Let me give you another simple example. When working ZX Spectrum issue 1-2 in addition to slightly
blurred image on the TV screen, a kind of moire appears and
color distortion of the picture. Is it possible to emulate ;) ? And is it necessary?

Very strong!!! Even if the interrupt vector I is left in the range from 64 to
127 and at the same time write something to the disk, with information where the recording took place,
we can say goodbye! Not many of us give a damn about this! For all the time Codinga has been on
Speccy, I only did two works for Pentagon, the rest were done automatically
I determine whether the Speccy is braking, and for one thing they are fixed under Turbo. For example,
RST 7 did the same!
