ZXNet echo conference «hardware.zx»

From Alexander Araktcheew To All 29 April 2004

Hi, All! In general Subj... The project of finishing my computer is coming to an end, I hope not to sad.. At the moment there are: 1. Adapter from the processor socket to the bus, let’s call it, for example, “zx.small” 2. QuadroAY + Sounddrive 3. NemoHDD 4. Kempston Mouse (ps/2 on avr) + Joystik + CMOS All boards are routed and, except for the last one, assembled. I haven't tested it at work yet. There are diagrams, drawings of boards in bmp 600dpi, photographs of assembled devices :). I can upload it to someone’s page for everyone to see. All these tops were collected using LUT, etched in acid with hydropyrite, drilled manually with a 0.7 drill and soldered with a regular soldering iron. So it can be repeated everyone who wants it, the only thing missing is someone who wants to repeat it... And it’s desirable, because I may not notice all the glitches, and my interest may fade away... The boards are double-sided, laid out manually in an attempt to facilitate the assembly of devices. Minimum vias, minimum jumpers. Blocking containers are soldered second floor... Soundrive is generally four-story with a bunch of bent resistors. Whoever saw it will not forget :) For those who don't know: The "zx.small" bus is a piece of cable with connectors from a 5"25 drive. Connects via an adapter to the processor socket, expansion cards are plugged into slots on the cable. Bye, All! Arc/exRLDG
