Greetings, Yura! [Sunday 26 November 2000] at [22:13:31] Yura Yakimuk wrote a letter to All. They discussed the topic “Residual misunderstandings...”. Let's continue what we started... LL1: 555 (1533) - on 14-pin: +5V on the 14th leg, 0V at 7yu. series 531 is installed ONLY if the computer quite powerful power supply. New ones must be soldered on top of those already on the RU5 board, all pins except 15. The letter of the new line, in principle, no effect. D0..D5, A1,A14 and A15 - data bus signals and addresses with processor. H0 and H1 are DD3:3 and DD3:2 respectively. /IWR is /IORQ and /WR already mixed through EL1. Taken from DD14:11. A14' and A15' are served instead of A14 and A15 on DD15, 10th and 13th legs accordingly. /cas0 goes to the 15th leg of all eight RU5/7 of one line. /cas0 also goes to the 15th leg RU5/7, but of a different line. #SCR served on DD19:13 Instead of the existing ROM, it is better to install (in the computer!) one 27512 (DOS/Basic switching signal is supplied to the 1st leg of the ROM), if not, there will be no problems with a further upgrade. Although it all depends on desire and patience. #ROM served: - if the ROM is 27512: on the 27th leg; - if it is not 27512, then act in accordance with the schemeswitching ROMs in the computer and controller. This signal (#ROM) switches Basic48 and Basic128. When it is zero, Basic128 is enabled; when it is one, it is selected basic48. - the controller contains LA2. She usually has two any legs are joined together. We release one and on We serve it with the same #ROM. This is necessary for normal works basic128. bit2#EFF7 - if port #EFF7 is not supposed to be installed, then el.-t LI1 is not needed. /RES - reset signal from Z80:26. * old signals, from the legs, where new ones go, it is necessary cut off! By the way, RAS needs to be delayed relatively AL>> Z80 clocking. Better AL>> put two LH1 elements and a good capacity between them AL>> to the ground. AG> ^^^^^^^^^ AG> How much is this? ;) AG> The delay has been made, but about the capacity.... :( Well, there are delays... :) That means so. 1. Presumably, there are no snot or left-handed capacitances on the board? 2. EACH RU5/7 pair must have 47..68nF capacitors. 3. What scheme was used to modify 128? The most steering - on KP11, LA3, LL1 and TM9. KP11 should use Z-state. If If this is not the case for you, look for RadioAmator #1'94. There is a scheme for improvement up to 128 and description by V.M.G. 4. All schemes of the "Leningrad" type have series-critical microcircuits, it should be like this: DD2(former/RAS): 155ТМ2 (and not higher!) DD3:...................1533IE7 DD13:...................1533LI1 LHK, inverting H1:...1533LH1 on the 128th revision: KP11 and LA3 series 1533. On LA3 instead of /CAS set H0 (of course, inversion for cas is no longer needed) If the power supply allows, instead of 1533 you can put 531, that’s it better (resistors on KP11 on the 128th modification should already be installed at 430 Ohm). Of course, it eats a lot, but “oak” equipment has a reserve higher strength. This usually helps. But, you see, anything can happen in everyoneIn this case, you need to sit down and figure it out. Take it for at least a week someone an oscilloscope and a worker like Leningrad - work It will be much easier. Yes, if you do it as I described, /RAS does not need to be delayed. Well, that's it.
