Yes, everything is just there, I have a profik, there is a 16-bit bus, and the sim has a 32-bit - it’s parallelized
SD and cas in pairs (ras if I’m not mistaken are common, /we is common) and for each
8-bit register as in the 30-pin connection diagram. those. essentially 4mb sim is 4
megabytes with some signals combined

SIM card connections.
Specifically to the pros.

two strips have 3 chips, 20 pins each, marked ZMR4240BDJ
there is also one strip with three microcircuits, two of which are 814400A-70, the third
BP41C1000D-6 also has 20 pins each chip.
I need 1 megabyte... is there such a limit among them?

814400A-70 is a 4-bit meter.
2 mikruhi - 8 bit meter.
this is what you need.
although according to the experiment - those two are also one meter each.
but this is a guaranteed meter.
