Hello, All
Share the diagram....
Maybe someone has something?
And then the process of restoring all the chips for assembling the Scorpion 256 Turbo+ is still
It was during the process of flashing the RT11 firmware that I got stuck.
You can, of course, refuse it, at the cost of a disk drive, but... But I don’t want to.
The most primitive thing I googled....
http://njnmnp.narod.ru/prog/prom/re3_rt4.html
BUT I know that there is a circuit that is simply toggle switches and buttons.
as it is written in the doc.....
"The principle of programming a PROM is simple:
1.Set the supply voltage to +5 volts.
2. Set the combination “Circuit not selected” on the enabling inputs.
3.Raise the supply voltage to +10.5..11.0 volts.
4.Apply the same voltage to one data pin through a resistance of 300
Om..."
It would be just fine with toggle switches...
Maybe someone saw it?

Brilliant!!!!
This is exactly what I was looking for!
Thank you!!!!
(I actually figured out how long I would press the :v2_jawdr; button, and; I thought that
maybe it would be better to assemble a programmer....:v2_blink; :v2_wink2:;
if you believe them, then programming will take an hour... they have 2 128 bytes, and
I only have 256... and if I'm wrong.... gee... :v2_lol; );

Hello, Mikka_A
Mik>, and I only have 256.
of which only 32 cells are used. and if you make a mistake, then there are the remaining 224
(in order not to screw up the board, we simply cut off the 1,2 or 15 leg of the MSKh and hang it on
power supply by jumper.
