Hello, All
Subject
Made on the basis of EPM7064SLC44-10 and Atmel 29С010
Development - Scorpionevtsev.
The implementation is mine... :v2_sleep;
Today.how; I already mentioned ( http://zx.pk.ru/showthread.php?p=77936#post77936
) they brought the firmware.
I contacted the distributors of Altera in St. Petersburg, the EFO company, and they kindly
agreed for me to flash the altera on a proprietary original programmer from the very
Alters.
The reason for the firmware discrepancy turned out to be quite simple.
The old chip does not support JTAG accordingly and cannot be flashed with it
algorithm through a simple ByteBlaster. BUT any human programmer
working not at the software, but at the hardware level - it does this.
Which, in fact, is what they did for me at the EFO company.
There is one trick, and if it succeeds, then maybe we will just get
flashable chip. You just need to figure out the wiring. If the legs of a modern
chips used for ZhTAG are not used on the old one - it’s simply
The chip is written, the ZhTAG is turned on, then it is read and the request is saved. On the weekend
I'll take care of it. If he doesn’t leave, he’ll have to buy ten Alters and go to them again
write. Fortunately, the leader there is a good person and we found a common language.
I'm going to look at Turbine using the same algorithm. Ht - I’ll go that way too
sew.
This is what the “original”, Skorpionovskoe, ProfPZU looks like on alter in PLTTs

I also looked at the pinout.
I’ll watch it and Turbine and post it in the studio.
Although offhand, I think it’s like in ProfPe in discretes.
Although rather closer to the circuit that was made on the Classic EP220.

In general, let's relax....
I looked at the ProfPE pinout.
The legs responsible for VTAG are used as I/O. And this means that it is impossible
program using ZhTAG. Hardware only.
It's a pity, it all started so beautifully. There is, of course, a vague hope that maybe
The Scorpionists still have the Kvartusov projects, but, in my opinion, it’s unlikely.
Although you may come across a discrete implementation of the Turbine, then we’ll draw it ourselves
schematic...
Let's wait and see.... What comrade Zonov will say.

Hello, Mikka_A
Is the working principle known?
If yes, then I think it’s not a problem to write firmware for altera.
Let's start with some questions:
How many legs does the altera use and where are they connected (in a word, a diagram in
studio)

Hello, Mikka_A
I think that more people will be able to assemble the discrete circuit :smile; !;

Hello, CHRV
CHR> Stop creating more topics. :v2_wink2;
Rum; I think we can nail down everything else about the ROM.
Leave only this one.
Because everything else is now irrelevant.

Hello MegaMyth
In general, it’s done.
Huge respect to LVD! :v2_clapp; :v2_clapp:; :v2_clapp;
He; managed to generate the firmware in FIVE minutes.
:v2_finge;
More precisely; not the firmware, but the program for compiling it.
I tested it, simulated it, compiled it and flashed it.
All . No glitches.
The ones I had when I compiled it according to the diagram are gone.
Now everything works stably and smoothly. At least in the last half hour I haven't
Found no bugs.
The first impression is that everything is tiptop.
I'll test it some more and let you know.
For now I’m posting the source (copyright belongs to LVD), the pinout I did
I (naturally, it can be changed at the discretion of everyone, I just already had
everything is wired up like this, so it is oriented specifically for me), and, in fact, itself
firmware
So we can consider the issue with the modern version of ProfPZU, which can
everyone who wants to do it is decided.

Hello, Mikka_A
Let me add that the uploaded files are intended for
Altera EPM3032ATC44-10
That is, if there is another chip of the 3000 or 7000 family, then you need to recompile it.
If this is not possible, write either in a personal message or via email - I’ll do it.
It's not difficult at all.
Well, if you need to redo the pins...
A little later I’ll draw a diagram and post it too.
Maybe even with a folded scarf.

Hello, Mikka_A
Mik> ..........

Scorpion 256 Turbo+.
The result is POSITIVE.
Тоесть мы имеем на руках полноценные прошивки для ПрофПЗУ и Турбины.
Единственный и офигенный недостаток этого - отсутствие возможности прошивки
ourselves.
Только при наличии аппаратного программатора.
But if anyone needs it, send the chips, I’ll go to the EFO and ask for it.
Благо вроде как подружился с ними. :v2_wink2:
