problem with video recorder

Hello All! Panasonic NVSD400. Turned it on (after several years of inactivity) - spits out the cassette immediately after downloads. I started to figure it out... There are two engines. Main - for tape drive and primary loading, it works. And the second one is for removing and refilling the tape, here it is does not start (or is it jammed?). What could be the problem? Cockroach stuck in the mechanics, engine died? I took the mechanics off, looked at them, and don’t see any obvious problems... PS There is a second video recorder like this, it works, but the head is torn off. If you move your head there from there, what and how will need to be reconfigured? There are 6 trimmers on the board around the places where the cables go to the head: BIAS, TR_SLOW, LP, LP Q-PEAK, SP Q-PEAK, PG, and a few more unsigned ones. Best regards, Evgeniy.
