According to the datasheet, the ZS 256 Turbo consumes 1A at +5V (no board required
+12). Don’t forget about the disk drive (5`25), which consumes 0.5-1A at +5V and
0.3-0.7 at +12V
In total, at a minimum (with one drive) you need 2A at +5V and 1A at +12V. Any block
Power supply from a PC satisfies these requirements.

Congratulations!
I would like to add some recommendations as a hardware engineer. In the event of a power failure or
going through power connection options, one day it may happen that Scorpio
"will die".
In my practice, most often the 555TM2, which is located next to the quartz, “flies out”. B
at one time, when I was struggling with the power supply, I soldered in this microchip instead
socket, and in it I already changed this MS. Now I have a power supply from the PC, no problems.
It’s a little difficult to “kill” Scorpio, but this little thing in the clock generator dies
immediately in case of power failure.

This is true for the Turbo+ board (“green”), for the “yellow” one it’s still +12V
required: to power the VG93 (which in Turbo+ is powered by a converter
voltage).
