Models to emulate

Hello, All
I would like to suggest compiling a list of Spectrum models that are necessary
emulate due to the existence of the nth amount of interesting software, correctly
working specifically on this model. That is, for example, the model "Poseidon-256" - 3
demos tailored for the multicolor of this, and only this model (preferably
enumeration dem); 5 games tailored specifically to its unique addressing 256Kb
memory(enumeration); 7 graphic editors using its unique 3rd
screen with a resolution of 800x300 pixels (enumeration); etc.
As well as a list of external modifications that do not belong to a specific model.
That is, for example, sound card "Theremin-16bit" - 1 music editor,
10 discs with music written for it.
Add modifications or models that have not received software support to the general list
I won't. That is, for example, - modification of the HDD for the Spectrum according to Vasya Pupkin's scheme -
this is cool! Now you can put floppy disks on the hard drive and store them there, although
There is no one game or interesting software designed for it - it is not accepted :D
For hardware, for which the list of software has exceeded a couple of dozen, programs
no need to list ;)
I’ll start first, and I’ll add all the proposed models to this list first
