Hello caro I discovered that as a “breadboard” connection option you can use the male connector of the IDC connector (the female connectors of the latter are installed on ATA and FDD cables), first lightly pressing the rows of pins together. Also a good solution (I myself was thinking about an ISA connector, which is almost the same...) For the final design (if it goes that far :p) of course I’ll find industrial slot (as a last resort, I’ll smash the reader :D).
