does it maintain the maximum clock speed?

Most turbos run on a tire that is not too overloaded - about the same as the z84004
from Zilog.

As far as I know, the distinguishing feature of VM3 was reduced
power consumption ~10mA versus 100mA in VM1 and Z80A. In theory, the model is analogous to the Z80L.

This one does not hold the turbo well; out of 10 pieces, three of them started working in the turbo!

As far as one can assume Fmax = 4 MHz. The processor is low-power and was not intended
for fast devices, and for battery-powered devices.
More detailed information can be found at www.angstrem.ru since they
produced (label with hammer and sickle). I don't know the year of production, but
IMHO around 1992-1996, look at the chip itself.

VM1 is in my Master. This is really poop. If he is still in the Master
