Google "ProdManualSDCardv1.9.pdf" - this is the specification for the MMC from SanDisk,
there's a lot there ;)
Now I'm working on a gadget that uses MMC as a drive, but
not for spec... my job is like this...

Look for this file: "ProdManualMMCv5.2.pdf" - this is the MMC specification from the company
SanDisk. Weighs about 1 MB.

And who said that there are no card readers for the Amiga? To any store selling
laptops and accessories for them, go in and take the same PCMCIA CF-Reader. I
I personally took the first one I came across for $10 and it works great, I use the card
Kingston on 512Mb, formatted as FAT. It is very convenient to exchange data with
"pussy". The natural condition is: to have a PCMCIA connector, i.e. have A1200 or
perhaps the A600, but since the A1200 is, in my opinion, the most popular option, I think
there won't be any problems. One thing is bad: you can’t boot from CF. Actually from the Amiga
standard PCMCIA, and then it’s up to the drivers, I know for sure that there is firewood for
some network cards, for 3COM, some C-net. So it would be better to get busy
writing drivers for various modern (and not so modern) PCMCIA devices.

No, there is no firewood. There are more mms cards than tsf. =) PiSieMSiAiA is on the a600 and
a1200 is no secret. But there is 0 firewood for the pieces of iron. You need to purchase it too
write. The only problem is that on the Amiga I burned my BlizzardPPC axel...
But here’s the problem - pcmsia definitely won’t work on spec =)
Although PCMSIA is kind of the same IDE...
