in BIvOS set it to 720K/3.5"... Although it is possible, or even better 5.25"/1.2MB...
And you can “pierce” the connector onto the cable yourself...

It’s already been written here somewhere, but I’ll repeat it:
1. PC must have Windows 98!
2. In the BIOS you set it as A:, 5.25, to 1.2
3. When trying, disconnect the second drive.
4. check the 5.25 cable at the connector immediately to make sure it’s normal
connecting the connector to the wire.
