By the way, 6264 and 621000 have two CS signals - and one of them is inverse.
For example, 6242 is selected only when the 26th leg is on 5B and the 20th is on the ground.

Suitable, until recently I was also sure that this was RU 17, it’s a saber
I have the chip in the AON, before that with the AON board on the z80 it was like
once RU 17 and the memory of incoming numbers was 200 numbers, but when the current one
I bought the board for 80c31 and I was a little stunned because it has this memory for as much as 800 s
I have too many numbers, that’s why I’m asking what kind of RAM is this.
