It depends on what is considered perverted :)
I just don’t like your option at all, if only because KP14
consumes more than LP5.
And the use of LP5 as a controlled inverter is very widely used in
digital circuitry.

Looks like; we are talking about different devices :)
If you mean a separate module for matching signal levels (namely
this is discussed in the topic question)
then you seem to be proposing to solder two microcircuits together, since they have legs
match
and use one as a buffer, the other as an inverter, switching their inputs
permissions?

I agree.
but you also agree - it’s easier to just solder another on top of one microchip (with
coincidence of legs one on one) raising one, than to fence the wires, think that
where to solder.... :v2_biggr:

why is this? in my opinion no.
you just flip the signal relative to the clock...
(I don’t remember why this was so... in general, why did some boxes require a straight line, and
others inverted signal...)

monitors require a direct signal, and TVs require an inverted signal - a long time ago
I was connected to a delta on KT315x used as inverters.
when you put kp16 instead of kp11, in theory you need to turn the diodes to brightness
Tumbler, I think, can’t do this
