Hello, Evgeny Muchkin
Evg> I assembled it and everything worked right away??? Share your assembly secret :)
There is no secret. Everything has long been described in the docs.
You just need to assemble it carefully and be more or less sure of its integrity
mikruh. The main reason for the malfunction is board defects, errors in
board layout and sloppy installation, i.e. elementary "snot"
Honestly, it didn’t work right away, there was a problem with synchronization (error on
board, there was a missing conductor from leg 6 D14 to leg 11 D4), but this problem was
quickly resolved. Otherwise, everything worked immediately.

Hello spensor
I assembled the Spectrum mainly on the 74HCT series (as I was advised here).
I read the literature and came to the conclusion that 74HCT is really the best choice.
By the way, in my Leningrad, 74HCT, 74HC, 74LS, 74ALS and ours are perfectly combined
1533 :))) like this! And everything works.
The current consumption was 550 mA (ZILOG percent of the 90s, ROM KR573RF6A).
Consumption without processor and ROM 360 mA)
That is Almost 200 mA consumes ROM and processors.

In terms of maximum operating frequencies - not the best choice!
If the device is completely CMOS, then it is better to take 74AC,ACT :)
