By the way, in my Leningrad, 74HCT, 74HC, 74LS, 74ALS and ours are perfectly combined 1533 :))) like this! And everything works. The current consumption was 550 mA (ZILOG percent of the 90s, ROM KR573RF6A). Consumption without processor and ROM 360 mA) That is Almost 200 mA consumes ROM and processors.
