Leningrad has finally gathered.
Many thanks to Ivan for the payment.
Everything works, but only when connected to an imported composite B&W TV
output to the AV input, but when I connect it to the computer TV tuner to the AV input, it doesn’t

Yes, and on TV the image is disgusting, gray and noisy, but the synchronization
stable, but there is nothing on the tuner at all, just a blue screen. :)
Is it possible to somehow connect Leningrad to a tuner without a PAL encoder?
For the first time, a black and white image will be fine, the main thing is that it’s normal

In any case, I’ll be assembling a PAL encoder, but for now I can’t wait to somehow
connect.

image in general. A blue screen may be a consequence of:
1) misconfiguration of the software (connect the tuner to the TV, the TV as
signal source, and get a picture).
2) for some reason included in the antenna input instead of AV...
3) non-standard scan generated by Spectrum (correct quartz

Actually, I'm far from an idiot. And I know perfectly well why an encoder is needed.
Further point by point:
1. The tuner is 100% working, the software has nothing to do with it - the tuner is hardware, and there is a picture
from a video camera. So the tuner is fine.
2. See above, I connect correctly.
3. Frequencies correspond to 15625 and 50 Hz. Quartz 14 MHz, Spectrum board cut
in accordance with quartz.

AverMedia is lousy for Spectrum. Verified.
The MC1377 does not separate chroma and luma signals. As a result, we have color
glitches on the fine black and white grid. Yes, practically, just black and white
spontaneously colors. Simply because in the spectrum of the brightness signal
there are frequencies close to the color subcarrier. Of course you can use a filter
try to cut. Everything will be blurry.
Why, if in NedoCoder the CXA2075 used separates brightness and color

It is possible, but the image will be black and white, Leningrad has a Video output, which
provides full b/w video signal. When connected to a tuner, the image
may be offset due to an incorrect level of mixed synchronization (so
was on my Scorpio), so you may have to adjust the amplitude
mixed sync pulses (I soldered a multi-turn potentiometer instead
constant resistor and adjusted), my tuner is Aver TVPhone98

That's right. Without an encoder, there are no system recognition signals in the video signal
color - the decoder turns off and does not decode anything at all.
