After switching on, two areas are formed in memory #4000-#57FF are even bytes on the screen, and #6000-#77FF are odd bytes on the screen. The second screen is addressed similarly (#C000-#C800 and #E000-#E800). Multicolor is enabled by setting bit 0 of port #EFF7 and disabled by RESET or by resetting the same bit. After switching on in memory at addresses #4000-#57FF image bytes are stored, and attribute bytes are stored at addresses #6000-#77FF, and instead of Flash there will be a brightness for Paper, and Bright will be a brightness only for Ink. The second screen is addressed similarly (#C000-#C800 and #E000-#E800).
