A day has passed, and you are still alive! All!
In short, I solved the problem. I describe everything in order.
Firstly, my monitor is a Casper TM5254H, if that tells anyone anything.
EGA+CGA.
Secondly, to obtain real Speck colors (I emphasize REAL)
I had to apply a video signal to the 7th leg of the monitor connector (Scorp has it
black and white picture + synchro for connecting to any bourgeois TV via
tulip) and tear off bright. All colors are excellent, but brightness differences
still not.
Thirdly, we tear out LE4 as unnecessary, which supposedly corrects bright black
and feed bright from D42 directly to the monitor. Result: EGA colors (brown
instead of normal yellow and dark red), but there is NO BRIGHT BLACK. When
included bright (bright 1) all colors are Speck.
Everywhere, by Speck colors I mean those colors that I observe on
its Electronics VTC 202 and on Horizon TV.

I only say inputs. ALL(!!!) new SVGA monitors come with ANALOG RGB INPUT,
so All video devices produce analog signals. In short, someone is very delusional.
And one more thing: all technologies are moving towards digital, and monitors towards analogue. Rave!!!

Yes. Starting with VGA.
Imagine that CGA showed only 16 colors, and EGA only 64. This is in
written in any primer. Accordingly, 4 bits were needed for CGA, and
4 digital signals (2^4=16), for EGA there are already 6 signals (2^6=64). And for SVGA
need 16 million. flowers! This is 2^24, that is, you need to drag as many as 24 wires. How
Can you imagine such an unbendable hose? In every wire
frequencies of more than 100 megahertz. In Hi-end monitors (21" ones)

optional 21", and not 3, but 5. my compaq p70 (17") has 5 bnc inputs - r,
g, b, h/c, v.
The advantage of this connection is high image quality.
The disadvantage is the lack of plug&pray. Well, yes, the devil is with him. :)
