Who can say anything about this?
The colors are correct, I suspect there is no brightness signal (BRIGHT)?

in the menu the letters are still slightly visible but almost unreadable, although this is not shown in the photo

Rather, the color mixing is incorrect, although... In the title of the palette it seems
normal. Some kind of glitch. I once connected a Pentagon to a TV and installed
four trimmers (three colors and synchro) and selected the best one using the selection method
resistance ratio....

Within the menu BRIGHT = 1.
It seems that the BRIGHT=1 signal lowers the signal level instead of
increase.
Or it increases it too much, which leads to overload of video amplifiers.
