Good day, dear spektrumists!
I have a desire to come up with and assemble a device on the z80, but I don’t have enough time and
some knowledge...
The device must be partly original, for example, combining a player
audio combos for z80 (there was a circuit diagram and firmware lying around somewhere, if I find it I’ll post it) with
AY(YM)-player + display on TV. Well, or something like that.
Or a multiprocessor system (I just have a couple of z80s lying around, but
a lot of junk with different microprocessors/microcontrollers).
The hardware is mostly old, and it would be a shame to throw it away...
In general, who thinks about this, maybe someone had similar ideas,

But the point is not even in the CD or IDE, but simply unusual, non-standard ideas,
solutions...

There was information and links on tinkering with the IDE, and of course a program that uses a CD and player
audio CDs (like only for SMUC).

On the net I saw game consoles on single chips with output to TV. Here is one of
sites with the coolest devices - http://www.rickard.gunee.com/projects/
but this is far from the only site (maybe it has others in its links)
I think they already do this on ARM machines now ;)

Well... ports are interesting... but the second option is unlikely to be applicable because... wanted
collecting from what is - trifle from Spectrum-like...
