In CP/M this applies mainly to console programs and utilities, for example PIP, SID,
POWER, etc.
Such programs can be run on any CP/M machine without any problems.
The cat only concerns working in screen mode, some adjustment is required
programs for screen control codes, which are not the same for all machines.
For this purpose, in the body of the program there is a setting zone that is required

To do this, you either have to do it manually using a HEX editor, or with
using (which was done most often) a DDT or SID debugger.
For some programs, such as Turbo Pascal, programs were supplied
customizers who allowed you to enter machine parameters interactively.

Hello, p@lex
Computer "Master" (48Kb, there is BB55, can be connected via SCART-RGB to
TV).
"Quorum-64" converted into a full-fledged "Quorum-128" with a CP/M controller and
connected DENDY joystick controller. Connects to external connector
programmer for EPROM from 16 to 32 KB.
For it, I used BB55, in which the D0 discharge of one of the ports did not work.
But we managed to turn this disadvantage into an advantage: this discharge started with MS TM8 and
connected to the LED. Now, when data is being exchanged, the flickering
LEDs can be used to determine how the programmer works. Software support
the programmer had to be written from scratch, but it only benefited from it.
"Quorum-64" converted into "Quorum-192" (Yes, yes, you heard right - it has 192
KB of memory, there is shadow RAM, capable of working both in SOS emulation mode and
and DOS, memory pages are switched via port 126), equipped with Beta disk
Odessa company "Elikon" and music. coprocessor, but no ROM with BASIC-128.
"Scrorpion 256 TURBO+" with an IBM keyboard and mouse controller, received in
an inheritance from a spektrumist who sold himself to pussies.
There is also an external BETA disk controller, a light pen, and a dot matrix printer.
MS-6313 (I haven’t checked the functionality for 5 years). There was a bw EGA monitor, but for six months
burned back. Now I'm stuck tightly behind the emulator until I can'tconnect Scorpion to a pee monitor. There are plans to connect CD-ROM and HDD to
40GB.

A primitive catalog system is a primitive catalog system :) Now
you are loading tzx, which is a directory with files. Add the ability to load tzx, which
allow you to contain other tzx - that's a catalog system for you. Do it
API like TR-DOS and that’s it. Unfortunately, I can’t develop the idea, because
I haven’t worked with this kind of devices and I don’t know how to do it correctly +
other priorities in hardware. In fact, now you have an analogue of Scorpio’s

Hello, CheburatoR
Che> on the contrary, everything loads slowly from ru, but http://speccy.times.lv

Che> "move"
Che> PS today I optimized the html code, although all together it’s less than half
Che> occupies a megabyte
Not only that, with my poor connection it swings at a speed of no more than 126
bytes per second, and also breaks the connection after a few minutes, and it looks like
does not support resuming - it turns out that your times.lv is even worse than the people's swamp
- with such a vile attitude towards foreigners!

The download did work - for almost an hour (the speed ranged from 44 bytes to 177 bytes
per second) wget heroically, in several attempts for each file, pulled out 5
files with a total volume of 225 kilobytes :v2_clapp:
P.S. For example, the speed of downloading something from microsoft.com is
is a little more than 600 KB/sec - i.e. 6000 (SIX THOUSAND) times faster...

Hello, CheburatoR
htt> has two separate boards for the video controller and the processor part
htt> , which certainly makes it easier to make at home
I would add two more pluses
1) the principle of “modularity” does not require correction/rework/upgrade
recycling the entire board, but only a specific module (board)
2) more dynamically amenable to placement in different buildings
