Hello, All Lately my mail has started to glitch frequently. In particular, approximately every tenth shipment hangs around for a very long time. There was a big glitch with Kazakhstan, but now with Omsk. Gentlemen, please be tolerant of this. CHRV takes all possible measures to eliminate these glitches. The return of money to the buyer occurs only after the glitches of the State Unitary Enterprise are resolved RF POST, i.e. only after they give me an official conclusion about return/delivery of the parcel and not before.
