Still, this is not such bullshit with everyone. You just need to find a “bearded” model and
"hairier." ;)
There is a German VGA monitor from Shneider, it has no problems (in the dock it looks like this
written) 50 Hz and 15 kHz holds. Therefore it must be shown.
And finally, IMHO, you need to check all this in practice, without looking at the document. There was only one here
case, on some Samsung in the Shalaevsky emul they launched a mode with a frequency
frames at 50 Hz, although the dock with foam at the mouth said “HSYNC: 60-87 Hz”. It turned out,that this frame rate was UNDOCUMENTED for this monitor. :)
Where is the guarantee that it doesn’t operate at 15 kHz? ;)

Everything seems to hold up to 47Hz. I read something like that, why is that...
But 15 kHz is already extremely unlikely
Only new tubes have small afterglows. It's impossible to watch at 50Hz.
More or less normal from 75Hz...
