The problem is that your monitor (by the way, it would be nice to indicate the name) scan frequency range (usually horizontal or H-Synch) does not match television. Namely, they were developed for television scans almost all clones (and native ZX Spectrum). If you have a passport for the monitor, check if it will work with 15625Hz H-Synch and 50Hz V-Synch. Most VGA and SVGA monitors with TV scans are incompatible. There are two global outputs: 1. Alteration of the monitor for television scans (but for a person without experience it is not I recommend). 2. Scan converter (or ZX>VGA converter). It was developed by CHRV. I don’t know what state the project C is in. Similar devices are sold on west. They are not cheap by Speccy standards.
