Stupid question: is it possible, having desoldered all ru7, then solder one by one (well, or by
two at the extreme), checking the functionality each time?
If yes, then in what order according to the scheme?
I'm just afraid I'll re-solder everything again and it won't work again. And the panels
I don’t want to bet so that the contact is more reliable.
PS; test; I don't have a ROM :(

but in general, interference indicates that what is being read from memory is not at all what is being read - again
check the data output of the switches (with an xs tester - look at the tracks on the board). a
If nothing else helps, unsolder ru7 one at a time until the interference disappears.

It looks like the SD has been stuck. unplug the processor (or press reset) and try everything one by one
SD lines (and then ShA in one) - there should be approximately the same voltage
everywhere. I actually treated computers like that at one time, even without a tester =)

This picture appears when the power is turned on - I don’t know why, but when
I was at Apogee, so this happened in RU5. The point is that the blocks alternate FFh
(light squares) and 00h (dark squares). Your memory is fine - otherwise
there would be stripes (there wasn’t such a monolithic picture). This may happen
if nothing is written to memory. Look at the WE/ signal.

Well, I looked through everything and tried it on.
There are no sticks, shorts or breaks. All the legs of RU7 reach the right places.
But still the picture is “chess”.
I noticed very few volts on pin 2 D21 - 0.14V (on the processor socket
(pin 14) is the same), and on the rest - 4.96V on the same 2nd pin. This is fine? (percent, rom, vg, ay pulled out).
I'm just almost in despair :(

p.s. - finding a malfunction is half the way to eliminating it.
To find a stick only with a tester, this method also helps - measure
voltage on the neighboring paths passing next to the glitchy one - further look at
wiring..

1. I discovered that my Strobe and D0 are shorted somewhere.
2. It looks like there is an error in the diagram, namely: drawn on D49, contact 10 is
strobe, and 12 is Bank; although, in fact, it’s the other way around - 10 is Bank, and 12 is Strobe.
Please check it yourself.
3. Unsoldered the true strobe (leg 12 D49) from the board to understand in the chip
shorty or on the board, and OH MIRACLE! COMPUTER STARTED!!! :eek; :v2_clapp:;
4. True, the disk drive doesn’t load anything - it wobbles with its head and says an error. :(
5. I hope that the D49 chip is intact (since I don’t have any short circuits in legs 3 and 12)
discovered). I'll try to find some sniffles.
Questions:
1. As I understand, the strobe signal is branded D49. Is this true?
2. Is the strobe used by the disk system, and what else is it used on the board?

Ok! :) I removed the stick, but I didn’t understand where it was, just between
I cleaned the tracks and the computer works.
But another problem arose - the drive never came to life :( It won’t read, even if it hurt you
:( although the light blinks and the head moves properly. I tried to cut
track on the PLL IC, but did not get any effect :(
12V is supplied to the VG, which means that the protective transistor seems to be in order.
VG died, what do you think?
