I looked on the ALTERA website to see who the official distributor is in Ukraine. It turned out to be a lousy Kyiv office. I sent a request there by email - is it possible to them to order this board, they replied that it is possible but the order will be completed 1...3 month and cost $170 + taxes. So it looks like any official distributor ALTERA can safely order this miracle in addition to OBLIGATION (since tinkering with one board is clearly a bummer for this company! but distrubutor requirements They're probably obligated to do this.)

The original system on the Trex C1 was made with a CF flash drive, but since the DE1 does not have this, then after starting the system, an error is displayed when loading files.
