The worst. But one of the first. But the Z80 is still “more alive than all the living”. Not the one
the Z80 CPU itself, and its core is active in trunk system controllers
HD64180 is used, in AMPS cell phones from Ericson/Uniden the host also has a core
z80. And new compatible stones appear. The i8085 cannot boast of this.

The fleet of homemade ZX Spectrums was much larger. And there are still enough fans.
And even emulators on PC continue to be made... But the old man will soon be twenty years old
will be fulfilled...
Best regards, Vladislav

Line address counters for SIMMa regeneration are included in the chips in it
installed, so the value on the address and data buses during regeneration
doesn't matter. First CAS then RAS (WE in 1), the main thing is that the frequency
regeneration was more than 500 kHz. In any case, to the Spectrum (computer on the Z80)
SIMMs up to 4Mb were connected in this way. VB> Well, this is nonsense (audio delay on
VB> z80)initially...
Audio latency on the Z80 may be of theoretical interest. Besides
on the Z80, not only reverb, but also almost any
audio effects in real time, such as flanger, pitch up/down!!! to any height,
distortion (digital), etc.
I did it myself when I was programming on Spec. About three years ago.
ADC for 1113PV1 and DAC for 572PA1. Everything worked at ~30kHz. At frequency Z80 -
7mHz. Everything is in real time.
