Hello Zerios That means it’s true - I’ve never used it myself, but there’s something described somewhere a fairly well-known Spectrum program, you launch the program (or download it), call some kind of randomizer, and it’s for you he says, now your compiled program is busy, but there is one BUT!!! -tobos like megablast (I think that’s what the analogue is called) have a number of limitations - the most first, they EAT A LOT OF MEMORY, then some don’t work with fractional numbers, others with something else, so - WRITE ON ASM!!! or I advise you to look for an imported one on WOS commander...

Hello, All Guys, sorry lame, but I have a question... probably funny...-( It turns out I have a ZX 128 +3, as I already wrote, I needed a program for work with two drives (not necessarily fast). The search did not bring any results and I wrote it myself... in my native Basik. The program works ok. But there is no limit to perfection.. Tell me or point me in the direction of the description of how I can get this program compile Tobos'm? Well, I've never done anything like this.... :mad; I'm launching; Tobos, it loads and... that's it... says "Ok 5.0" But I didn’t find something I described....

Hello Zerios to compile the program do randomize usr 53100 After that he will give you the launch address keep in mind that your compiled vasik will not work separately, it is necessary for performance always have in memory tobos

From Alexander Filippov To All 25 May 2006

Hello new art Yes, there were two versions. I just doubt that one of them (or Blast) understand +3 DOS commands. They appeared long before +3 itself.

From Vyacheslav Kalinin To All 25 May 2006

Hello, rasmer ras> then some do not work with fractional numbers Tobos FP - Floatin Point, a version that works with fractional numbers.

From rasmer To All 25 May 2006

Hello, goodboy goo> in the SaintDragon toy, when entering the password NESTEGGS, go to goo> disk copier for +3, to enter the password you need to press X in the splash screen. goo> might be useful? Maybe someone will pull out this subroutine and make a separate vertex... here are programs for writing under +3Disks http://www.worldofspectrum.org/plus3.html and here are the disk images - look for them with the value UTIL http://www.worldofspectrum.org/disks.html

From rasmer To All 25 May 2006

Hello new art new> Tobos FP - Floatin Point, a version that works with fractional numbers. For those who are especially stupid, I repeat - “the very first thing is that they EAT A LOT OF MEMORY, then some don’t they work with fractional numbers, others with something else" READ SLAVIC CAREFULLY!!!! I was talking about compilers in general, not about Tobos FP in particular...

From Alexander Filippov To All 25 May 2006

Hello, rasmer > Checked, Tobos does not understand the +3Dos command.... too bad.. By the way, if you don’t want to mess with the assembler, you can try rewriting it on HiSoft Pascal. Unlike their C, it worked quite fully and was easy to write a pleasure.

From Alexey Korotkov To All 25 May 2006

Hello Trantor Yes, in principle, it suits me in Basik, but I’ll still rewrite it in ASM, just to remember -)))) I haven’t written anything for a long time, and then the opportunity came up (in the sense necessity)

From Yuri Potapov To All 26 May 2006

Hello Zerios take Alasm or Zasm or Xas and don’t suffer

From Alexander Filippov To All 26 May 2006

Hello Jerry > But GENS 4D is a disk version, I can’t find something... maybe > does anyone have it? GENS4 was only for microdrives. HiSoft wrote everything for them. Maybe you have in view of some kind of pirate software for TRDOS? So in the emulator it’s better to work with microdrives and the original version. But my microdrives don’t work in any emulator: v2_confu; Ha; 733MG worked but didn’t want to on 3GG.

From TomCaT To All 26 May 2006

Hello Grand Tra> GENS4 and was only for microdrives. HiSoft wrote everything for them. Maybe Tra> do you mean some kind of pirate for TRDOS? It's better in the emulator Tra> work with microdrives and the original version. Yes, not only, and not particularly pirated, it seems. More in "How to write... on assembler" it was said that there is a special D version for DOS, which can directly compile the result from a floppy disk and dump it onto a floppy disk, without taking up memory, neither to others. Here it is, lying around... File: GENMON4D.zip http://zx.pk.ru/attachment.php?attachmentid=3263

From TomCaT To All 27 May 2006

Hello Zerios Sorry for the ongoing offtopic... Well, how so? Just checked, in 48k CLEAR 39999 then from DOS loading "gens4d" code 4e4 then... usr 4e4 then I typed the short code in the screenshot, translated it (screenshot) and launched it - works. then in 128 mode the same steps, typed and saved the code to a floppy disk (screenshot) from "How to write a game..." (p.50) What exactly doesn't work? File: gens48.GIF http://zx.pk.ru/attachment.php?attachmentid=3266 File: gens128.GIF http://zx.pk.ru/attachment.php?attachmentid=3267

Hello TomCaT Tom> Yes, not only, and not particularly pirated, it seems. Tom> Tom> Here, I’ve got it lying around... Thank you. Just tell me the secret of how to launch it correctly..(exactly GENS4D) In Emula, it refused to run under 128 Basik, (I tried it on different both on +3 and on the Pentagon) under 48 - it starts, but nevertheless does not works .-(((

From Alexey Korotkov To All 27 May 2006

Hello TomCaT I understand... I have a problem with the emulsion... everything works on unreale.
