I have a Radeon at home and I installed ATITool on it - which does
refresh-rate-fix - so I set it to 100Hz at Unreal resolutions (or maybe
120) and the running lines ran clearly, I didn’t notice any twitching, and the running lines
the lines were different - from pixel to byte. My monitor (I have a professional CRT)
at Unreal resolutions it can give 200 hertz, but I just didn’t think about it
over these - whether it is necessary or not - because everything is beautiful anyway. The higher the frequency
updates - the better the emulsion shows the picture.
Regarding the type of monitors, I think so - LCDs are also growing due to speed (time
response and refresh rate), so don't be upset about the decrease
