This player doesn't work for some reason. According to calculations, it should last half a second and
at least sound something. Actually it clicks and exits... :(

here is an example archive. There is a 30-byte player and a service program in Delphi for
converting wav files into player format. For storing and playing many files
the player, of course, needs to be slightly adjusted - the loop exits there when it reaches
end of RAM...
And it takes about a second and a half tracks. Total floppy disk - 100 seconds :)
For the task that I wanted to do, the sound occupies one track. In ADPCM,

one-bit sound is it less important?.. What is the maximum frequency at
reasonable savings in storing reproduced bits (i.e., not one bit per byte)?
