Hello All!
I'm interested in which existing subjis have any official status?
(such as license, registration,
ISBN, ISSN, UDC, BBK, etc.) ???
Also, to what extent can an article be published in a subzha without official information? papers
considered a publication? (necessary for graduate studies)
Thank you for your attention.

The magazine "Radiomir. Your Computer" can be called partially
Spectrum. The journal itself says: "Certificate of
registration PI N77-9841 dated September 17, 2001." Information about ISBN,
ISSN, UDC, BBK could not be found in the journal.

We probably don’t have any of those, only if you look at the Poles, if you believe there
their sites - everything is at the highest level with printers.
Best regards, Dmitry

It’s a pity that it won’t be possible to take into account zx-articles for Ph.D. minimum,
due to their unofficial status.
It’s even more a pity, as I was told, there is a free registration of the publication through
Internet, for example, ISSN.
Thank you for your attention.
