CMOS problem

I read the article "CMOS clock" and decided to assemble one for myself, but Gluck diagram provided by Roman Milukov (see diagram below) but there is no program for installing them (preferably if this program is display the time on the screen, i.e. read time values from h Asikov), but I can’t write it myself. If you can, please help me - hundred, and send me the program or, if you know, which BBS ee you can get the name and address of this BBS. Thank you in advance for any help. P.S.
