Memory Expansion Solon Pentagon to 256kb.
In late 1999 I purchased a strange
machine, which the seller calls "solonovskim the Pentagon, even
though the Pentagon does not was similar at all. The
strangeness of it was that, while on the board and standing
Line RU7, memory machine was only 128Kb. That is used only
"half" RU'shek. With two melkoshemok and a number of wires to
me managed to fix this defect, "expand"
so the machine memory to 256kb.
So, for the most improvement. For her, you
need TM2 and KP12 Series - 1533 or
1531, at the worst 555. TM'ku can be put and 155 series, but
here KP11 - I do not advise. Next, carefully and accurately do
the following:
- D58: 6 cut off from the rest of the scheme and
to bridge the +5 v;
- D58: 4 cut off from the rest of the scheme and
to bridge the D56: 9;
- D56: 1913 to bridge the +5 v;
- Take TM2, bend all legs except 3,
7, 14 and soldered it the "first floor" on the D24.
The remaining legs unsolder as shown in
diagram below;
- Take KP12, bend all legs except
1, 2, 6, 8, 14, 16, soldered it "the second
floor "at D58. unsolder the remaining legs
as in the diagram below;
- Cut off from the first leg RU7 that
there used to be (need to cut a path about D5) and plug back
the signal from the 7th leg KP12;
- Turn the power on and catch the buzz of
256 kb.

On the naming scheme of the form ex-D58: 6 should be
understood as "something that was previously on the D58: 6.
"That is, if we cut D58: 6 from the rest of the circuit, then
D58: 6 - foot itself, ex-D58: 6 - with all that this step came
before and that we cut.
Revised additional pages are switched 6-th bit of the port #
7ffd.
This revision is tested and fine
work, so if you have something that is not
it turns out, look carefully, do not cut you with extra tracks,
whether produced additional connections, etc.
