VOTING SYSTEM
Each visitor will be given a party
ballot paper about this

All ballots will be
numbered and recorded so as to facilitate control over the
correctness vote. For each competition will need to enter in
the appropriate cell numbers work, which you awarded be the

REGISTRATION OF WORKS

RULES OF CONDUCT
