   Everyone knows that there is a possibility SPECCY color 
output with high brightness, it is necessary only mix with

luminance signal (usually in the diagrams is denoted Br) to
RGB components for feeding the TV, or connect to
the corresponding input of the monitor. In some types of 
computers, namely, the Baltic, and perhaps some other 
improvised, and previously commercially available, connecting
