Farewell to the dictator!

Yes, dear readers, in our friendly to an inability to
the team again changed. And this time they were much more
global than the missing editor. We parted one of the people who
have launched ZX-Format'a - Andrew Rachkimym. Due to the fact
that our dear Dictator, almost accident, found a new exciting
