Well, that ended with another boundary
Competition, this time - my last
School Olympiad on Informatics. Now,
I think you can, and draw some conclusions.
Ironically, the last three years
my participation in these competitions are constantly
there is some displacement of the proposed tasks (such as I
unsuccessfully put it, but now explain). Previously, they were
designed to obladadeley very powerful
logical thinking, and self-programming pales into
insignificance, becoming like a minor problem: it could be
half an hour to sit in deep thought,
studying intelligent eyes suggested the problem,
and suddenly, exclaiming, "Got it!", five minutes to write the
complete solution! On this occasion, a well-told one of the
attending teachers: "What is Informatics? The Science of
Information Processing! That's handled ".
But more and more, in my
view, emphasis is on technique
programming. Often, the algorithm can be seen
immediately after the reading task, but on his
have a lot of sweat. Perhaps this is
just my personal opinion, due to
gradual increase in my experience, but
I had the general trend is
such.
The balance of forces remains approximately
the same in all competitions. And in
this time: a very strong team arrived
from Biisk (one of its members and took the first place) and,
of course, perfectly made and barnaultsy (second and third

The Olympics took place two days: first day
was qualifying, after it left only 8 delegates from some 30
