Memory test can produce redesigned Steve from
Coders'Academy "HONEY TEST" (or like it a test). Definition of
upper memory is done automatically. Test is that has a bunch of
settings and testing of regeneration, but it's quite a lengthy
process: a full scan takes about half an hour, but without
verification of regeneration - just over 3 minutes (1MB).
Should not only pay attention to the fact that the test you
have found extension "ATM-TURBO". If modifications are made,
they just forgot about these inscription. By the way, if you
want to own more and ATM-native extension, you will need only
one more switch to the first leg of ID7 (A9-A13).

Bring to your attention the scheme modem adapter for
ZX-SPECTRUM-128 and higher. It represents a revised and
a modified version of the Minsk scheme
by ARS, but unlike the latter, has a number of significant
differences and advantages:
- Complete electrical isolation from the telephone line;
- A new scheme of the comparator, resulting in markedly
improved communications;
- Implemented automatic blocking of
signal IORQGE, now connect the modem to
computers on the left decoding ports
external device does not make special

- Auto-reset the modem by pressing RESET (modem lozhit tube).
- Reduced number of enclosures chips
a more rational layout, which allowed us to halve the size of
the printed circuit board modem.
- LED indication of mode-hook, receiving and transmitting
(set by the user);

WARNING! All the resistors and capacitors are given in relation

of minimum length.
To properly configure the comparator
modem to a particular telephone line is desirable oscilloscope.
Controlling the level and form of the signal on the line,
picking up resistors and capacitors in the circuit of the 4 th
output K554CA3, should dobitsya stable operation of the modem
on most intra- ATC at 2400 baud, using a program EMS 2.55 and
the driver is not below 4.02.
O ports. The modem has three standard
Port connections: # EF, # F3, and # 77. Scheme

On the line. Before you connect your modem, measure the
voltage on the telephone line. When lowered the tube, it should
be about 60 volts, and when raised - in the range 7-15V.
