second day
In the first hour of the night after the first day, closing
the door to the room which hosted the hidden part:), GPV

George was Vitaly Vidmirov, member of the X-Trade. GPV, of

GPV: Interview with Vitali Vidmirovym from the group
X-Trade. Vitarasskazhi how you got on the Spectrum - what year,
how did a group of X-Trade and so on.
Vitaly Vidmirov: On the Spectrum, I fell in 1993, it was
48K Spectrum from a tape recorder. I was still playing with
toys. I'm after strumming in different toys, interest has
arisen: how are they work? Thus, I began to get involved in
programming: first it was BASIC, then - an assembler. In 1994 I
started programming in assembler, and was somewhere in 1995 (at

Dangerous-om - Slavik (roughly :)... to put it mildly:)) ), And
thus by 1996 was already a representative group of X-Trade,
which immediately and formed. Actually X-Trade was not a band,
it was a so-called studio, which headed in the singular, the
same comrade Dangerous and recorded on the market different
drives with Spectrum software. When approaching Enlight'96 we
decided to write DeMouy. Here I acquainted with fellow LD -
Dmitry Lomov, and together we sbatsali DeMouy "Illusion", which
won first place at E'96.
GPV: My question is: How does the studio from the band?
Vitaly Vidmirov: Studio Glory headed in the singular, and
the studio is just burning, and not any works, except for the
music he wrote once upon a time, which falls in some
downloaders to disk (boot-s) and other, even in the game some
were in the "Gingerbread Man".
GPV: That is a group engaged in the production and studio
just recording and selling CDs, yes?
Vitali: Yes, at least if it's called. :)
GPV: In the period since 1993, what products do you
personally and Group X-Trade?
Vitaliy: I like "under itself":) ... over worked, trying to
make some demos ... The main objective was the development of
an assembler. Looking toys are different - how they are
arranged inside. Apart from small demos, Dema 1996 "Illusion"
was my first demoy. More than anything particularly ... Well,
on tape some beysikovye programs were ... :) Strange, mixed
BASIC with assembler - something vague.
GPV: On the 97 th Enlight were DeMouy, some players were
writing?
Vitali: Yes, after the 96-th Enlight-and was 97-rd, and to
him we wrote our assembler "Storm" Version 1. Wrote about a
month, although the piece had been before. And there we have
written DeMouy. But we dug a little, and deme late to top
Enlight-and, therefore, it was released separately.
GPV: You write some kind of system programs, yes? In
addition to assembly?
Vitaly: When I got out General Sound, Slava asked me to
write to him the player that I did. And put back the first
effect with dithering on the Spectrum. It was the winter of
1997, more precisely, in late 1996 - early 1997.
GPV: Another rumor:) even claims that the group X-Trade
engaged in the hardware.
Vitaly: Thank developed General Sound, but Dima was
developing XTR-modem, which operates on the basis of half of
the Spectrum network in St. Petersburg.
GPV: You're prisutstvuesh on the second day of Chaos
Constructions (very sorry that you were not at first!). Your
impressions?
Vitaly: From what he heard my impression is better not to
tell;)! My impression from what he saw - as if thrown in eyes

copy music from "pisyuka" to "Amiga" through floppy ... All
this happened in real time, while the components. What I
clearly did not like.
GPV: ... And during this twisted old Amiga demos, on which

Vitaly: Well, not quite left the room, but the demos showed
not the best, tedious ...
GPV: What group of X-Trade is going to release in the future
and over What works now? Of the programs and, perhaps iron?
Vital: X-Trade Group in the future is going to release
Storm version 2, it is quite distant project (comparatively).
And since more plans generally do not. Fame will probably make
General Sound-s, it depends on him.
GPV: What will be remarkable "Storm" - turboassembler version
2? What are the opportunities that were not there before,
something else?
Vitaly: First, the volume will be extended for a text that is
256 kilobytes will, maybe will get from 1 to 8 of texts;

have up to 128 kilobytes. Mistaken, for up to 64 kilobytes, but
it's still quite a lot. One pass assembler - that is, it will

planned to do. And the support Winchester, at least we had
planned it.
GPV: As you know, some members of X-Trade something
do on other platforms, except for the Spectrum. Can be more?
Vitaly: "Some members of the group X-Trade" - this is
probably, I :))! I myself bought a "PC", is now trying to learn
where ASM and C. Already have a project, such a goal, I would
like to implement. But this project is large, so do not
know how long it takes. But it is too early for him

GPV: One last question: Are you and all X-Trade

CC'999 second day began with a collection of ten additional
rubles each, as the organizers had to cover
damage to five windows smashed at night:). N-ную amount
collected, entrance to the hall was opened, started the PC and
Amiga compo. People in the hall was smaller than the first day;
spektrumisty part of or already left home, or just did not go
on the second day. Pisishno-Amiga crowd turned out to be more
space:), and Peter Sobolev enthusiastically clicked a camera
shutter, resulting in a photo gallery, dedicated to the CC, on
the Enlight-ovsky site was saturated not familiar spektrumistam

played the piano, gathering around two dozen students and
fans:). Outside the hall too, something happened - had
disappeared ZX-Shadow. Timothy Lapo and LAS have suggested that

warmed:) ... In the evening, ZX-Shadow even tried to give an

Summing up the festival was delayed until late evening,
after 22 hours over award winners (see Nicron
110:)). In the school yard Random long stood before a video
camera, declaring in conclusion CC'000 - Festival of the two
thousandth year.
