The aim of this paper is an attempt to determine whether the
need Izhevsk spektrumistam club, ie special place (room)
to collect, discuss and create a joint software and easy to
joint recreation. Ability to create

The first and perhaps the main advantage

place to relax and enjoy spending time at the computer (if

always get fresh programs.

life.
The club also has many advantages, but
they all derive from the three listed
above, therefore, of them will say that
if this problem will be supported. In the meantime, think,
