National Foundation for the Spectrum (NFSP) is created in
accordance with Federal Law N7-F3 of 12 January 1996 "On the
non-profit organizations."
The location of the headquarters and NFSP
premises for meetings of the Board of Trustees
Council NFSP is ... (when the legal address), St. Petersburg.
The Fund aims to accumulate financial
funds from legal entities and individuals (donations) as well
as money earned Fund from its own commercial projects for
financing projects and businesses that are meaningful for all
spektrumistskogo community, as well as for certain charitable
activities aimed mainly on the development of computer art and
education of children and youth and and to create jobs for
spektrumistov.

1) financial support for ongoing annual festival of computer
arts at the the basis of the Spectrum-compatible computers;
2) to organize commercial edition (the official organ of the
Fund);
3) the establishment and maintenance of a specialized site on

4) financial support for the development of information
networking for spektrumistov;
5) funding on a competitive basis and
in the amounts approved by the Board of Trustees of the Fund to
create the most attractive and interest in using electronic
food for free distribution on electronic information networks
(non-profit programs and electronic media);
6) monitor the proliferation of networks, the copyright of
commercial software and other products with causes of action in
accordance with applicable law Russian Copyright Act;
7) providing interest-free loans on returnable basis (perhaps
with a partial repayment of their established by students and
distributed free through the network software and other
electronic products for needs of the educational process) to
private (fee-paying) schools for the purchase of computer
classes (based on the Spectrum-compatible computers), the
establishment of local networks, school servers in ZXNet;
8) Organization of free education for certified
professionals-teachers (with teacher or higher technical
education) and specialists in informatics repair (primarily
from among spektrumistov) and subsidies to payroll boards for
educational institutions who have agreed to take them to work
(assuming the acquisition of a computer class on the basis of
Spectrum-compatible computers), and service maintenance centers
Spectrum-compatible computers from these
classrooms (perhaps jobs in
operating companies to repair household appliances);
9) financing in the amounts recommended by the Board of
Trustees of the Fund on a competitive basis promising and
important for all spektrumistskogo community projects in
various areas (in subsidiaries of commercial structures under
the control of the Board of Trustees of the Fund for the
management of the Fund and the achievement of intended results).
A certain part of the funds (up to 1 / 3) is directed at
providing professional of Fund staff, payroll NFSP, rent,
purchase of office equipment, equipment, facilities for
festivals, meetings of the Board of Trustees of the Fund, and

Head of the Fund, representing it in all
instances and is responsible for its activities and for
implementing the decisions the Board of Trustees of the Fund,
is managing director of NFSP.
All financial records of the Fund shall be signed only
director - fund manager, and in his absence the person
appointed by the Board of Trustees for the performance of his
duties.
The Managing Director is appointed to
position of the Board of Trustees on
up to 7 years from among the members of the Board of Trustees
of the Fund. Combining the post of Director - Managing Director
and Chairman of the Board of Trustees is prohibited!
