Sorry, but due to poor performance of domestic mail in this room
the newspaper report was not included on this very Goblin'a DI:
HALT'e. May though it is for the better - less crap on your
head, dear readers.
On DI: HALT: 1999 attended by the following individuals and
groups (except and local organizers):

Total according to organizers, there were 44 people of which
only 9 bought tickets and therefore pay an entrance fee. Ticket
and vote-list cost 40 rubles.
In general, neither of which the objectivity of this party to
say no necessary. Well, how can feel maprimer, musician
if its track is not simply listen through the ass, but almost
raped right in the course of play. Present at the party
say that almost all the music was played without channel 'C'.
However, the organizers of the view that:
"In the midst of music compo missing channel A, followed by

Organizers of an effort though as that excuse, organized
second round of voting. You have to find a collection of works
with DI: HALT'99, watch them, and filling out a short form, send
it in Dzerzhinsk. Terms deadline'a, as I understand, not
defined ... Then as if all is clear - who is more people for
herself gather, he will win!
